The Curriculum Lead is responsible for leading the development, review and continuous improvement of Klariti Learning's curriculum. This role ensures that all courses are academically sound, engaging, age-appropriate and aligned with international educational standards. The Curriculum Lead collaborates closely with course creators, instructional designers and teachers to develop high-quality learning experiences that foster children's communication, creativity and critical thinking skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Strategy

- Lead the academic vision and curriculum roadmap for all existing and recent courses.
- Define curriculum standards, learning outcomes and instructional frameworks.
- Ensure consistency in curriculum quality across all programs.

2. Course Development

- Guide course creators throughout the curriculum development lifecycle.
- Review lesson plans, activities, assessments and learning resources.
- Ensure every course follows a structured learning progression.
- Approve curriculum before release.

3. Curriculum Review & Quality Assurance

- Conduct periodic reviews of all academic content.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements based on learner outcomes and feedback.
- Maintain high academic quality and consistency across all courses.
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity and age appropriateness.

4. International Curriculum Alignment

- Stay updated with international education frameworks such as:
- Cambridge
- IB (International Baccalaureate)
- British Curriculum
- Common Core
- Australian Curriculum
- Benchmark Klariti Learning's curriculum against global best practices.




- Recommend curriculum enhancements to meet international standards.

5. Academic Leadership

- Mentor and guide course creators, content writers and subject matter experts.
- Conduct regular curriculum review meetings.
- Provide academic direction during course planning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

6. Teacher Support

- Develop teacher guides, lesson delivery frameworks and instructional resources.
- Conduct teacher training and curriculum orientation sessions.
- Clarify curriculum-related questions from teachers.
- Gather teacher feedback for curriculum improvements.

7. Assessment Design

- Review and approve assessments, quizzes, assignments and projects.
- Ensure assessments effectively measure learning outcomes.
- Establish assessment standards across all courses.

8. Research & Innovation

- Research emerging trends in education and pedagogy.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and engaging learning strategies.
- Identify opportunities to develop new courses based on market needs and future-ready skills.

9. Performance Monitoring

- Monitor student learning outcomes and curriculum effectiveness.
- Analyze assessment results and parent feedback.




- Recommend curriculum enhancements based on data and insights.

10. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with:
- Course Creators
- Teachers
- Product Team
- Operations Team
- Marketing Team (for academic accuracy of promotional content)
- Support the successful launch of new academic programs.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Education, English, Child Development, Curriculum Design or a related field.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design or academic leadership.
- Experience with international curricula and online education is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child learning and instructional design principles.
