· 1–6 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Success, BPO, or Contact Center operations.
· Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced workplace.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is mandatory
· Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails.
