Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CRM + Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integration technologies to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Develop Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate.

- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, dashboards, and security roles.

- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, and custom APIs using C# and .NET.

- Create and manage solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.

- Develop customer-facing portals using Power Pages.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with third-party applications using REST

- APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Follow Microsoft best practices for ALM using Azure DevOps and Git.





- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service).

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps).

- Strong knowledge of Power Automate and approval workflows.

- Experience with Power Pages development and customization.

- Expertise in Dataverse.

- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

- Experience in developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web Resources, PCF Controls, and Custom APIs.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and integration patterns.

- Experience with Power BI reporting.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of solution management, security roles, and environment strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered Power Platform solutions.

- Knowledge of AI Builder.

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric is an added advantage.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
