Job Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships and handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for timely customer support.
- Track leads, follow-ups, orders, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure proper and timely data entry in the CRM system.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending inquiries, orders, and payments when required.

Requirements




- Graduate in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, telesales, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
