CreatorFarm is looking for a confident, energetic and communication-driven Creator Relations Representative to help us connect with creators, guide them through our platform and ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience.

What You’ll Do

- Reach out to potential creators through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication channels.
- Introduce creators to CreatorFarm and clearly explain how the platform works, including our 20% platform fee.
- Guide interested creators through the complete signup and onboarding process.
- Follow up with creators who have started but not completed their onboarding.
- Help creators complete their profiles and start posting content.
- Encourage onboarded creators to share and promote their CreatorFarm profiles with their audience.
- Answer common creator questions and provide basic customer support.
- Escalate technical, payment or other issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow up after onboarding and collect creator feedback and reviews.
- Maintain an organised record of creator outreach, onboarding progress and follow-ups.
- Initially work towards reaching out to and supporting 100+ creators.

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over calls.
- Friendly,



professional and approachable personality.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, email and basic online tools.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
- Interest in social media, content creation or the creator economy is a plus.
- Previous experience is not mandatory — freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
