Creators Gram is a leading Influencer Marketing & Talent Management agency working with top brands and platforms to build impactful creator-led campaigns and programs. We are currently scaling one of India's largest creator affiliate programs and are looking for a highly driven Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven individual who can identify, reach out to, onboard, and manage creators at scale. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making high volumes of calls, building creator relationships, following up consistently, and ensuring smooth onboarding into the affiliate ecosystem.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large creator pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Scouting & Recruitment

Identify and shortlist creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Discover emerging and high-potential creators across categories such as Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Home, Tech, and more.

Build and maintain a strong creator database.

Evaluate creator profiles based on engagement, content quality, audience fit, and affiliate potential.

Outreach & Calling

Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach, emails, and DMs to prospective creators.

Explain the affiliate program, benefits, earning opportunities, and onboarding process.

Handle creator queries and objections effectively.

Maintain consistent follow-ups until onboarding is completed.

Creator Onboarding

Assist creators with registration and account setup.

Collect and verify required information and documentation.





Ensure creators complete all onboarding formalities.

Guide creators through program policies and best practices.

Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned creators.

Maintain regular communication to drive engagement and participation.

Track creator activity and identify opportunities for growth.

Build long-term relationships with creators.

Reporting & Operations

Update CRM and tracking sheets regularly.

Maintain accurate records of outreach, calls, onboarding status, and creator performance.

Share daily and weekly progress reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Talent Acquisition.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable making 50–100+ calls daily.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Highly organized and process-oriented.

Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator economy trends.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Success Metrics

Number of creators onboarded per month.

Creator onboarding conversion rate.

Outreach volume (calls, emails, DMs).

Quality of creators onboarded.

Creator activation and participation rates.

Database growth and pipeline management.
