We are looking for a Creative Head who can work directly with clients, understand their business objectives, develop strong creative strategies and ideas, and guide our internal teams through execution.

About the Role

Creative Head role is a high-level, senior leadership position. The role will shape the big-picture vision, manage teams of designers and writers, and report directly to CEO

You will own the creative process from client brief to final delivery.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business, audience, challenges and objectives, convert these into creative strategies and concepts, and collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, video editors and other team members to execute them.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking, creative ideation and robust execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client businesses, audiences, competitors and marketing objectives
- Lead client briefing, discovery and brainstorming discussions
- Convert business objectives into clear creative strategies and briefs
- Develop campaign concepts, communication ideas, content themes and creative directions
- Generate ideas for websites, social media, advertising, video and digital campaigns
- Create clear briefs for designers, writers, video editors and marketing teams
- Guide teams on messaging, storytelling, visual direction and execution
- Review creative work before client presentation or delivery




- Ensure work is aligned with the client brief, brand and business objectives
- Present creative concepts and recommendations confidently to clients
- Translate client feedback into clear and actionable revisions
- Collaborate with performance marketing, SEO/AEO, social media and web teams
- Use campaign performance and customer insights to improve future creative ideas
- Mentor creative team members and help improve overall creative quality

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a creative, advertising, branding, digital or marketing agency
- Experience in roles such as Creative Lead, Creative Strategist, Associate Creative Director, Creative Director or similar
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking
- Experience working directly with clients
- Ability to understand business problems and develop creative solutions
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising and digital communication
- Ability to develop campaign concepts and clear creative briefs
- Strong eye for design, visual communication and storytelling
- Good copywriting and communication instincts
- Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to creative teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹57,354.82 - ₹99,558.90 per month
