Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Creative Associate – Videography & Editing to join our growing creative team.

In this full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, you'll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for brands across various industries. You'll collaborate closely with the creative team to transform ideas into engaging visual stories for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both being behind the camera and bringing footage to life through creative editing.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for client and in-house projects.
- Capture high-quality footage using DSLR, mirrorless, or mobile cameras.
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.




- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
- Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, storyboards, and campaign ideas.
- Manage and organize video assets efficiently.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing styles, and social media formats.

Qualifications

- Experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
- Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of camera composition, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Media, Film, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
