Team members work closely with clients to translate abstract ideas into compelling, polished deliverables that stand out.

Role Description The Creative Co-Ordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing the flow of creative projects from concept to execution. This role includes coordinating between clients, videographers, photographers and other creatives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work aligned with client expectations. She will plan project timelines, organize resources, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Daily tasks include briefing the creative team, reviewing drafts, supporting graphic and video production processes, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards. The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks related to projects, monitoring progress, and suggesting creative improvements where needed.

Requirements

- Strong Communication skills,



including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
- Project Management skills to plan, organize, and track multiple creative projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment and manage feedback constructively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for maternity and baby photo shoots.
- Create and organize mood boards and visual references to align creative direction with client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the photographer, editor, and studio team to ensure seamless planning and execution of shoots.
- Manage the complete workflow from booking to concept planning, shoot execution, editing, and final delivery.
- Track shoot schedules, editing progress, and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
- Maintain well-organized records of shoot concepts, references, and client briefs.
- Ensure every project reflects the brand’s signature artistic and luxury aesthetic.
