About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Influencer Marketing Associate to drive nurturing our influencer ecosystem, driving impactful campaigns, and creating a strong digital voice for the brand in the US and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Network Building - Identify and onboard micro, macro, and celebrity influencers ac ross Instagram, YouTub e, and emerging platforms. Build long - ethos.
2. Campaign Management - Design, plan, and execute influencer campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with influencers and creators for authentic content creation. Ensure campaigns deliver on objectives within agreed timelines. 3. Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI). Prepare campaign reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Leverage data to optimize influencer mix and content strategy.
3. Budget & Partnership Management - Manage both barter and paid influencer partnerships effectively. Optimize spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
4. Trend Spotting & Innovation - Keep track of cultural trends, viral formats,



and emerging platforms. Recommend creative formats and innovative influencer collaborations to stay ahead of competition.
5. Brand Alignment - Ensure brand messaging, tone, and guidelines are consistently reflected in all influencer - led content. Collaborate with brand and content teams to maintain cohesive stor ytelling.

Desired Profile Experience:

- 1- 3 years in influencer marketing / digital marketing / social media management (FMCG, D2C, or agency background preferred).
- Robust knowledge of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and short - form video trends.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements. Passion for consumer brands, digital culture, and storytelling.
