Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Brand Designer with 2+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, and visual communication. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills and hands-on experience creating brand identities and marketing materials from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop brand identities, logos, visual systems, and creative concepts.
- Create brand guidelines, typography, colour palettes, and supporting assets.
- Design social media creatives, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Translate brand strategy into strong and consistent visual communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Support and mentor junior designers when required.

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience in branding or graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience developing complete brand identities from concept to execution.




- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create original concepts rather than relying heavily on templates.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Agency experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

Portfolio A strong professional portfolio is mandatory.

- Logo & brand identity design
- Visual identity systems
- Brand guidelines
- Campaign & marketing creatives
- Creative concept development

Candidates with primarily template-based or academic/course-level design experience may not be considered.
