Role Summary

Dr. Shroff Eye Care Education Academy (DSEA) is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and manage high-quality healthcare education programs and digital learning content for ophthalmology and allied healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design competency-based courses, curricula, and learning pathways.
- Develop e-learning modules, training materials, manuals, presentations, videos, case studies, and job aids.
- Create assessments including MCQs, case-based assessments, OSCEs, rubrics, and competency checklists.
- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
- Coordinate with clinicians, faculty, and SMEs for content review and clinical validation.
- Ensure content is accurate, evidence-based, learner-friendly, and academically compliant.
- Upload and manage courses, assessments,



and learner journeys on Moodle/LMS.
- Conduct content quality checks, updates, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Medical Education, Nursing, Optometry, Allied Health, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, healthcare education, medical content development, or eLearning.
- Healthcare/medical education experience preferred.
- Experience with Moodle or other LMS platforms is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
