• UAE Company: Medworks Medical Equipment LLC (Dubai) / NextGen Medworks India About the Role: Medworks is looking for an experienced Country Manager – Spine and Orthopedics to lead our Spine business across India and UAE, with a robust focus on advanced technologies including RF Plasma (Coablation), UBE (Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy), and other spine surgery platforms utilizing plasma probe technology. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the clinical and commercial side of spine surgery, and who can build a market from the ground up while developing a team to sustain long-term growth Key Responsibilities - Lead and grow the Spine &

• Orthopedics business across India, with direct ownership of market development for RF Plasma, UBE, and related spine surgery technologies

- Develop and establish the Spine market in UAE, building clinical relationships and commercial presence from the ground up
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional sales and clinical support team
- Manage and strengthen distributor relationships across North, West, and East India
- Build and execute go-to-market strategy for spine technologies, including surgeon training, KOL development, and hospital onboarding
- Drive revenue growth and market share across both territories.
- Collaborate with global technology partners on product positioning, pricing,



and training support Represent the company at key medical conferences, surgeon workshops, and industry events.

Key Skills & Competencies - Proven experience in Spine/Orthopedic medical device sales and market development, ideally with exposure to RF plasma, endoscopic spine (UBE), or related surgical technologies

- Strong track record of building teams and managing distributor networks
- Experience developing a market in the UAE/GCC region is a strong plus
- Excellent relationship-building skills with surgeons, hospitals, and distribution partners
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and to UAE
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field and an added advantage of MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred. · Minimum 5-6 years of experience in medical device sales · Strong background in surgical business · Hands-on experience in clinical support and OT/surgical assistance · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Driving License is mandatory · Ability to work independently and manage key accounts strategically Preferred Candidate Profile: · Clinically strong with surgeon engagement experience · Experience in capital equipment and consumable sales · Energetic, target-driven, and commercially focused To Apply: Send your CV: [email protected] / [email protected] with the subject – “Country Manager – Spine & Orthopedics”
