Position: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Gender: Male/Female

Time- 9am to 8pm

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customers at the sanitaryware showroom/counter.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable sanitaryware products.
- Explain product features, specifications, prices and offers.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, orders and basic billing-related information.
- Coordinate with the store/dispatch team for product availability and delivery.
- Maintain proper customer follow-up for pending enquiries and orders.
- Maintain the counter and product display in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with dealers, plumbers, contractors and customers when required.
- Maintain daily sales and enquiry reports.

Required Skills




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of sanitaryware, bathroom fittings and related products.
- Sales-oriented and target-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Honest, disciplined and responsible.
