Job Responsibilities:

- Attend customers at the counter and understand their requirements.

- Explain different types of blankets, bedsheets, quilts, and other products.

- Help customers select products based on quality, size, design, and budget.

- Handle billing, cash/UPI/card payments, and issue receipts.

- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products at the counter.

- Check stock and inform the manager about low-stock items.

- Pack products properly and hand them over to customers.

- Maintain cleanliness and order at the sales counter.

- Handle customer queries and complaints politely.

- Support stock counting and daily shop closing activities.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of billing and calculations.

- Polite, honest, and responsible attitude.

- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge is an advantage.

- Previous retail/sales experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
