Counsel patients regarding recommended surgical procedures, treatment plans.

Coordinate with doctors and surgical teams to plan and schedule surgeries

Provide surgery dates to patients after confirming availability with the concerned department.

Maintain and regularly update the surgery scheduling/booking .

Coordinate with patients regarding pre-operative investigations, documentation, admission requirements, and reporting time

Follow up with patients before the scheduled surgery to confirm their availability.

Ensure that all required patient documents and investigations are completed before surgery.

Inform patients about surgery-related instructions as advised by the doctor

Follow up with patients whose surgery has been advised but not yet scheduled.





Ensure a positive and professional patient experience throughout the counselling and surgery coordination process

- Ability to manage multiple patients and schedules.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors and hospital departments.
- Previous experience in a hospital/healthcare counselling or coordination role will be preferred.
