Qualifications

- Strong counseling and active listening skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centered support.

- Knowledge of mental health, cognitive decline, or neurological conditions, and comfort working alongside clinical and research professionals.

- Clear, respectful verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages of South Delhi is an advantage.

- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold confidentiality, and follow ethical guidelines in sensitive settings.

- Strong organizational skills, including accurate documentation, time management, and reliability in a hybrid work environment.

- Comfort with basic digital tools and willingness to learn technology used for virtual sessions and brain health platforms.

- Relevant education in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields; prior counseling or helpline experience is highly beneficial.

- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and a genuine interest in improving access to brain and mental health care.
