About the Role

MantraCare is looking for an experienced Counselling / Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessments and therapy sessions to MantraCare clients. The ideal candidate should have experience working with clients dealing with OCD and other mental health concerns .

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments for MantraCare clients.
- Conduct individual therapy and counselling sessions .
- Work with clients experiencing OCD, anxiety, stress, and related mental health concerns .
- Develop appropriate therapy plans based on client needs.
- Maintain professional and confidential client records.
- Conduct regular follow-up sessions and monitor client progress.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions within the scope of practice.
- Coordinate with the internal MantraCare team when required.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy,



and confidentiality during all client interactions.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience .
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions and psychological assessments.
- Experience working with OCD clients is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Ability to conduct sessions independently and maintain client confidentiality.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress management .
- Knowledge of CBT/ERP and other evidence-based approaches .
- Strong assessment and case conceptualization skills.
- Comfortable conducting online therapy sessions.
