Key Responsibilities

· Product Costing: Prepare, analyze, and regularly update product costing models, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and cost sheets.

· Cost Monitoring: Monitor and control daily, weekly, and monthly standard costs versus actual costs.

· Variance Analysis: Analyze material, labor, and overhead cost variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

· ERP Costing & Automation: Manage and optimize costing processes within the ERP system, ensuring automation and process efficiency.

· Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly cost reports, product-wise profitability analysis, and MIS reports to the Director.

· Inventory Valuation: Oversee inventory valuation, stock verification, and reconciliation to ensure accurate costing.

· Cost Audit & Compliance: Support cost audit activities and ensure compliance with applicable cost accounting standards and statutory requirements.

· Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in preparing annual budgets, cost estimates, financial forecasts, and cost control strategies.





· Preparation of Costing Profit and Loss accounts and perform reconciliation with accounts position

· Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements without compromising quality or operational efficiency.

Requirements

· CMA qualification preferred. Candidates with an MBA (Finance) or M.Com along with solid manufacturing industry experience may also be considered.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and budgeting.

· Hands-on experience with ERP costing modules and advanced Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

· Ability to work independently and present financial insights to senior management.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
