Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Travel Agent role based in Delhi, India.

The Corporate Travel

Agent will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and coordinating complex itineraries across multiple destinations. The role involves managing reservations systems, negotiating and confirming bookings, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation such as tickets, vouchers, and travel confirmations.

The Corporate Travel

Agent will provide prompt customer service, respond to inquiries,



resolve travel-related issues, and maintain strong client relationships. The role also includes liaising with airlines, hotels, and car rental providers, monitoring travel policies and budgets, and supporting sales efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance service and grow corporate accounts.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and confirm Reservations and Travel Arrangements efficiently and accurately.
- Strong Customer Service skills with experience handling corporate client queries and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Car Rental and ground transportation coordination for business travelers.
- Exposure to Sales activities, including cross-selling travel services and supporting corporate account growth.
- Experience working with GDS or other travel booking platforms; familiarity with airline, hotel, and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience as a corporate or business travel consultant/agent is preferred; travel industry experience in India or the subcontinent is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
