About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality corporate video content for internal and external communication, employer branding, marketing, events, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit corporate videos, leadership interviews, employee stories, company events, webinars, and promotional content.
- Create videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, internal communication, presentations, and corporate campaigns.
- Add qualified transitions, subtitles, music, graphics, logos, and other visual elements.
- Work with HR, Marketing, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver videos on time.
- Ensure all videos maintain a consistent and professional corporate brand image.
- Edit raw footage from interviews, events, presentations, and employee engagement activities.
- Create short-form content, teasers, and highlight videos from longer corporate videos.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a corporate, agency, or marketing environment.




- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and basic motion graphics.
- Good understanding of video storytelling, editing, sound, colour correction, and pacing.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have
- Experience in corporate communications or employer branding.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Experience editing leadership/CEO videos and interviews.
- Knowledge of AI-based video editing and content creation tools.
- Photography or videography skills would be an added advantage.

Portfolio Candidates should be able to share a portfolio/showreel demonstrating corporate video editing work.
