Job Summary The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, driving collaborations, and creating placement and internship opportunities. This role acts as a bridge between the organization and industry to enhance employability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates for placements, internships, and partnerships
- Identify recent companies and onboard them for recruitment drives.
- Coordinate and manage campus drives, hiring events, and job fairs
- Act as a single point of contact between companies and internal teams
- Understand hiring requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure candidates meet industry expectations.
- Negotiate terms of engagement, MoUs, and partnership agreements
- Maintain a database of recruiters, job openings, and placement records
- Track placement performance and generate reports
- Represent the organization in corporate meetings, events, and networking forums
