BeastLife is looking for a strong Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal team. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in Consumer Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Dispute Management.

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 3–7 Years

Industry: D2C / FMCG / E-commerce / Consumer / Health & Wellness

Key Responsibilities

Handle Consumer Cases, Consumer Court matters, Civil & Commercial Litigation

Manage legal notices, consumer complaints, replies, written statements, rejoinders and other litigation documents

Coordinate with external counsels/law firms and manage cases across courts, tribunals and consumer forums

Draft, review, negotiate and vet commercial & corporate agreements including Vendor, Manufacturing, Marketing, Influencer, NDA, SaaS, Service, Warehouse, Logistics and other business agreements

Advise business teams on legal risks, contracts, disputes and day-to-day legal matters

Handle regulatory & compliance matters relating to Consumer Protection, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, E-commerce and other applicable laws

Draft responses and representations to government authorities and regulatory bodies

Support the business on consumer complaints, product claims, advertising/marketing claims, warranties,



refunds and other customer-related legal matters

Handle Trademark, IP protection, brand infringement and online brand protection matters

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on business and industry-specific matters

Maintain litigation, legal notice, contract and compliance trackers and ensure timely closure of matters

Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Operations and Management on legal matters

? Ideal Candidate

LL.B / B.A. LL.B / LL.M

5–8 years of relevant legal experience

Strong hands-on experience in Consumer Litigation is mandatory

Experience in Corporate & Commercial Law and Contract Management

Solid understanding of Consumer Protection, Regulatory & Business Laws

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and legal research skills

Experience working with external counsels and regulatory authorities

Candidates from D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Food/Nutrition, Health & Wellness or Consumer businesses will be preferred
