Corpseed is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal & Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate law & regulatory compliance
- Court litigation & legal notices
- Contract drafting & legal documentation
- Recovery case handling
- Client escalations & cross-functional coordination




- Legal team management

Requirements:

- LLB (LLM preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in corporate law & litigation
- Robust drafting, negotiation & communication skills
