- Confirm adherence to safety guidelines

- All housekeeping standards are maintained in compliance with inspection guidelines / Local Health Code

- Maintain superior standards as required by local health departments and House of Blues

- Hire train and supervise full time and part time culinary staff

- Serve as culinary resource for brand teams by creating recipes and supplying other content as needed for use in advertising, media promotions, websites

- Work directly with National Account Managers (NAM’s) to meet or exceed the individual and team goals listed in National Account Dashboard with focus on the key metrics of "Defending", "Year-to-date Sales" and "Close Rate % " goals

- Grows and protects existing Minor’s products at strategically relevant operators

- Builds and nurtures customer relationships that separate the Minor’s experience from competition

- Supports Broker Sales Reps (BSR)/Channel Sales Managers (CSM)/Broker Chefs/Distributor Sales Reps (DSR) at large local operators and partner distributors

- Sells profitability and value of Minor’s and embellishment products as a solution

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
