We're hiring a full-time copywriter to ghostwrite X and LinkedIn content for B2B founders and CEOs across the US and Europe. The role is in-office in Hyderabad and is open only to writers who have already published on X or LinkedIn.

About the work

Our clients are technical founders with skeptical audiences. Their followers can smell marketing language from three lines away, which makes generic copy worse than no copy at all. Every post ships under the client's own name, so the writing has to sound like the client and hold up to the people who know them.

The copywriter in this role owns tweets, threads, X articles, and LinkedIn posts for a small roster of founders. Each founder has a distinct voice, a set of claims they can credibly make, and a set they cannot touch. The job is to get far enough inside a voice to write what that person would have written if they had the time.

Responsibilities

- Draft short-form and long-form content across X and LinkedIn for assigned clients
- Study each client's back catalogue, podcast transcripts, product documentation, and customer calls before drafting




- Trace every statistic and claim in a draft back to a verifiable source
- Turn around several drafts a day at quality, and revise quick against feedback
- Track what performed, and feed that back into the next round of writing

Requirements

- Demonstrable writing experience on X or LinkedIn. A personal account, a founder's account, or a brand account. Handles, profile links, and post links are required with the application.
- Ability to write convincingly in more than one voice
- Judgement about why one post lands and a near-identical one dies
- Willingness to cut a good line when it sounds written rather than said
- Availability to work from the Hyderabad office

Agency experience is welcome. A live account with readable work matters more.

Compensation

₹8,00,000 to ₹24,00,000 per annum. Placement within the band depends on current compensation, experience, performance in the role, and the volume of work the writer can carry.
