As a DPIIT-recognized, Tier-1 infrastructure developer headquartered in Bhubaneswar, we engineer and deploy utility-scale Solar EPC megaprojects and high-velocity EV Fast-Charging corridors across the country.

We are currently expanding our Future Energy Leadership Program (FELP) 2026 and are looking for a highly driven Corporate Legal Intern to join our Founders' Office.

This is not a traditional, passive internship. You will be operating at the intersection of corporate law, commercial real estate, and green energy regulations, gaining exposure to high-stakes infrastructure deals that shape the future of smart mobility.

What You Will Do:

- Commercial Contracts: Assist in drafting, vetting, and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, including Solar EPC contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and B2B vendor MoUs.
- Real Estate & Land Acquisition: Review and structure land lease agreements and revenue-sharing (COCO/CAPEX) models for our upcoming EV Fast-Charging hubs across commercial complexes and petroleum networks (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL).
- Regulatory & Compliance: Navigate state and central energy regulations, DISCOM policies, CEIG frameworks, and corporate ROC compliance.
- Intellectual Property:



Assist the executive team in managing trademark registrations and patent documentation for our proprietary "SHIELD AMC" technology.

Who You Are:

- Academic Background: Currently in your final/pre-final year of LLB/LLM, or a recent law graduate with a strong academic track record.
- The Strategist: You have a keen interest in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Intellectual Property. You understand that legal strategy is a business enabler, not a bottleneck.
- The "Owner" Mindset: You possess the "Extreme Ownership" mentality. You are meticulous, highly organized, and capable of drafting flawless legal documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interacting professionally with institutional stakeholders and government authorities.
