We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with 4–5 years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in the B2B, industrial, manufacturing, technical textile, or PPE industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex technical information into compelling, customer-focused content that drives engagement, builds brand authority, and supports lead generation across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for:

○ Website pages ○ Product descriptions

○ Blogs and articles

○ LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content

○ Email marketing campaigns

○ Brochures, catalogues, and sales collateral

○ Case studies and customer success stories

○ Press releases and corporate communications

○ Video scripts and marketing campaigns

● Simplify technical information related to PPE, technical textiles, and industrial safety into clear, reader-friendly content.

● Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.

● Ensure all content aligns with Harbor365's brand voice, tone, and messaging.

● Research industry trends, global safety standards, and competitor activities to create insightful content.

● Optimize website and blog content using SEO best practices.

● Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and accuracy.

● Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications when required.

● Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication,



Marketing, or a related field.

● 4–5 years of proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Technical Content Writer.

● Exceptional command of written English with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills.

● Strong storytelling ability with a flair for creating persuasive and engaging content.

● Experience writing for B2B audiences, particularly in manufacturing, industrial products, PPE, safety equipment, or technical textiles, will be highly preferred.

● Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.

● Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly messaging.

● Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and content management systems is an added advantage.

● Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

● Experience in technical textiles, industrial safety products, PPE, or manufacturing industries.

● Exposure to international markets, exports, or global B2B communication.

● Understanding of international safety standards such as NFPA, EN ISO, ASTM, and ANSI is an added advantage.
