To manage OPD and diagnostics facility by ensuring timely completion of consultation and procedure.

Key Responsibilities

OPD Coordination

- Daily reporting from OPD Executive
- Duty allocation
- Training and grooming of team members
- Interacting with Doctors and resolving their issues
- Escalate reliable issues
- Deal with grievances raised by customers
- Ensuring that customer s time is utilized efficiently.
- Ensuring coordination between OPD and Diagnostics
- Involvement in Internal marketing
- Checking whether all the OPD registers and data of footfall is maintained properly
- Ensuring proper billing in OPD
- Ensuring proper reconciliation of billing with amount received.
- Meeting patients one to one for gaining their feedback.
- Ensuring maintenance and cleanliness in OPD areas.
- Enriching customer experience while waiting in OPD areas.

Diagnostics Coordination

- Ensuring that patients receive reports within minimum time.
- Ensuring all the standard norms are followed by the team members.
- Ensuring maintenance of Diagnostics machines.
- Interacting with doctors.
- Implementing processes which improves customer satisfaction
- Deal with chaos
- Planning the advance appointments.
- Ensuring all the patient call and queries are answered.
