CF Operations Team Management Work effectively with and through others to develop professional capability of self and team

Plan and manage staff upskilling and Continuous Personnel Development - proactively shares right information and learning with colleagues on timely basis

Addresses conflicts or issues within the team in a positive and open manner and provides clear feedback to team members. Manages continuous conversations with team members and ensures year end appraisals.

Provide strategic direction to the team with specific focus on establishing career paths for the team providing good career progression and development to staff and establishing strong succession planning at all levels of the team.

Participate in all team building activities Controllership refers to the management and oversight of an organizations financial reporting and accounting functions. This includes ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, budgeting,



and financial analysis. The goal is to provide reliable financial information to support decision-making and maintain financial integrity.

Manages continuous conversations with team Intercompany accounting is the recording of financial transactions between two different entities that are related by the same parent company.

MS Office (must), SAP, Blackline, VBA, MS Access, Excel macros, Power BI/Tableau, and cash application/reconciliation tool exposure will be an added advantage What are we looking for?

Partner with controllership, treasury, collections,



OTC and country finance stakeholders to drive timely resolution of intercompany and cash application open items, strengthen process governance, and identify automation/standardization opportunities

Managing Technical Accounting questions & rending advisory support to stakeholders from various geographies – the support on the queries can range from basic to very complex

Contribute towards Controllership & Finance COEs projects via specialized knowledge & in advisory/consulting space

Exposure to Industry best practices in the areas of Operations & Delivery Excellence, Information security, BCM, Automation & High-end Analytics through Robotics, Power BI, and Tableau etc.

Understands and working knowledge of SAP FI/AR modules, Intercompany processes and Cash Application workflows is preferred; else at least some ERP knowledge is required

MS Office (must), SAP, Blackline, VB Roles and Responsibilities:

Support Cash Application process activities, including timely allocation of customer receipts, clearing of unapplied and unidentified cash, review of bank/customer account reconciliations, follow-up on remittance details, short payments and disputes, aging monitoring, KPI reporting, and compliance with applicable controls and escalation protocols

Manage and support end-to-end Intercompany activities, including intercompany confirmations, reconciliations, Intra VAT postings, return filings, intercompany loan/foreign-currency transaction reporting, IC blocking/release governance, settlement readiness, variance analysis, documentation, and month-end close follow-ups across reporting company codes

Support response and data submission activities for ad hoc surveys, questionnaires, and information requests issued by regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely compliance with reporting requirements

Strong & Impactful exposure at managing legal entity/Country level financials both its reconciliations & reporting
