Role : COO for Consulting Organisation A Consulting Co, focussed on Market Research, AI related advice to the industry verticals in Healthcare, FMCG, Automotive, Ecommerce verticals is looking for a COO.
You shall lead 20+ professionals based out of Delhi, and work with the customers, who are essentially the Marketing Departments of client organisations.
You shall be assessed for client delivery, team management, and innovation in Market Research, while reporting to the Board.
Kind of Person they want :
MBA from IIMs/XLRI with 10-15 years
Age should be around 35 years
Work experience in Consulting, Marketing, Market Research
Positive Business Leader
Potential to be a CEO in 5 years
Salary : Rs 50 la fixed + 10 la variable per annum
