JOB PURPOSE To lead the automation initiatives within the Manufacturing Excellence department, driving Industry 4.0 implementation and providing technical expertise for automation projects to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Manufacturing Automation

- Conduct comprehensive manufacturing automation assessments
- Develop and execute automation roadmaps
- Design and implement automated manufacturing solutions
- Program and deploy robotics systems
- Optimize existing machinery through automation
- Implement IoT sensors and data acquisition systems
- Develop and integrate PLC/SCADA systems
- Create digital twin solutions for production processes

Project Management

- Manage automation implementation projects

Specialized and Technical Knowledge's

- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field

- Proficiency in IoT sensors and data acquisition systems
