- Pizza Preparation: Make, proof, stretch, and toss pizza dough; prep signature sauces, grate cheeses, and assemble toppings according to recipe standards.
- Oven Operation: Monitor and operate traditional deck, conveyor, or stone-fired pizza ovens at exact temperatures for optimal baking.
- Continental Cooking: Prepare appetizers, soups, sauces, pastas, risottos, sandwiches, and grill/main course items.
- Station Management: Restock workstations, manage ingredient inventory, and check expiration dates.
- Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize food prep areas, ovens, and utensils to comply with health codes.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
