About The Center of Applied Project Management The Center of Applied Project Management, in association with CPI (Center for Project Innovation), offers online certification programs designed to equip professionals with real world project management skills. This idea took birth at ARC (Adi Raheja and CO), a consulting firm in the space of Organisation Development and Leadership Development. In our experience working with over 200 organisations across India and the world, we realised there is a strong need for project management experts. Project-based organisations still managed projects on Excel sheets, communication happened in silos and deadlines were never met.

To solve this problem and improve efficiency, ARC partnered with CPI to form the Center of Applied Project Management

- We are on the lookout for thoughtful, authentic Content Writing Interns who love transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful narratives. Please note: We are specifically looking for human-crafted writing. If you rely on AI tools to write for you, this role is not for you.

The Role

As a Content Writing Intern at CAPM, you will dive into the core principles of applied project management to craft meaningful content. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Writing a balanced mix of long-form articles, deep-dive insights, and snappy short-form pieces tailored for various platforms.
- Learning project management frameworks and turning them into accessible, engaging narratives.




- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align writing with our brands voice, tone, and purpose.
- Signing your work; bringing your unique perspective and narrative flair to everything you publish.

Who We Are Looking For

- Human-First Writing: You actually read. You have a distinct voice, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to articulate nuances without relying on AI shortcuts.
- Curiosity Depth: You enjoy making sense of complex concepts and turning raw insights into pearls of wisdom.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in complete handovers and in written work that requires minimal rework.

Important Terms Details

- Duration: 2-3-month internship, with the potential for full time.
- Location Work Setup: In-Person at our Baner, Pune office.
- Work Hours: 8:50 AM 6:30 PM.
- AI Policy: Strict No-AI policy for writing. We value original human thought, research, and authentic storytelling.
