Unitek Engineering is a precision manufacturing company specializing in CNC turning, CNC milling and high-precision engineered components for various industrial sectors.

We are looking for a creative and technically curious Social Media & Content Executive who can showcase our manufacturing capabilities, people, machines, processes and engineering culture through engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Visit the shop floor regularly and identify interesting content opportunities.
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of CNC/VMC machines, machining operations, components, tooling, inspection activities and manufacturing processes.
- Create Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts and Carousels.
- Edit short-form videos with professional transitions, subtitles, music and branding.
- Create graphics using Canva, Adobe or similar tools.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity for Unitek Engineering.

Instagram & Social Media Management
- Manage the Unitek Engineering Instagram account.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Write professional captions related to manufacturing and engineering.
- Research appropriate hashtags, content formats and industry trends.
- Respond appropriately to comments and messages.
- Track follower growth, reach, engagement and content performance.

Manufacturing ContentWork with our Production, Quality, Engineering and Management teams to create content around:
- CNC turning
- CNC milling/VMC machining
- 4-axis and 5-axis machining
- Machine setups
- Cutting tools and tooling
- Precision components




- Raw material to finished-component journeys
- New product development
- Inspection and quality control
- CMM and other measuring equipment
- Shop-floor improvements
- Manufacturing challenges and solutions
- Employee/operator stories
- New machines and technology
- Customer success stories where confidentiality permits
- Behind-the-scenes manufacturing
- Engineering education and manufacturing awareness

Brand Development
- Help establish Unitek Engineering as a strong precision-manufacturing brand online.
- Develop content that communicates our capabilities without making the page look like a conventional company advertisement.
- Showcase the engineering, technology and people behind the company.
- Support recruitment, employer branding and company announcements.
- Coordinate content for LinkedIn and YouTube when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Good mobile photography and videography skills.
- Reel/video editing experience.
- Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent editing skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to write transparent captions and short scripts.
- Understanding of social-media analytics.
- Creative storytelling ability.
- Willingness to work regularly on a manufacturing shop floor.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into simple, interesting content.





Preferred Background Candidates from the following backgrounds would be particularly suitable:

Experience creating content for manufacturing, automotive, engineering, machinery, industrial products or technology companies will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply posts graphics on Instagram.

We want someone who can walk through our factory, identify an interesting machining process or engineering story, capture it effectively and turn it into content that makes people interested in precision manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should be creative, technically curious, proactive and comfortable working closely with engineers, operators and management.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured based on:

- Consistency and quality of content
- Number of Reels/Posts produced
- Organic reach and engagement
- Follower growth
- Video views and watch time
- Quality of manufacturing storytelling
- Improvement in Unitek Engineering’s online brand presence
- Enquiries and recruitment interest generated through social media

Suggested Monthly Content Target The role should aim to produce approximately:
- 8–12 high-quality Reels per month
- 4–8 carousel/photo posts per month
- Regular Instagram Stories
- 1–2 employee or engineering stories per month
- 1–2 educational manufacturing videos per month
- Monthly performance and analytics report

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
