About the Role

- We are looking for a Content Syndication Intern to help discover, distribute, and optimize high-performing content across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

- Research YouTube and social platforms to identify viral/high-potential videos and content ideas.
- Generate bulk content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and performance.
- Publish content across Facebook & Instagram as per the content calendar.
- Track views, reach, engagement, and watch time.
- Monitor and achieve assigned weekly/monthly viewership targets.
- Analyse high-performing content and identify what drives views.
- Maintain content, publishing,



and performance trackers.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Coordinate with the content and distribution teams for smooth execution.
- Follow internal content and copyright/compliance guidelines.

Requirements

- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Good content sense and awareness of viral/trending content.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and comfortable working with targets.
- Prior experience in social media/content distribution is a plus.
