Full-Time AI SEO Content Specialist

We're looking for a full-time AI SEO Content Specialist to join Link Building Company.

We've already built an AI-powered content generation system that helps us produce content at scale.

Your job will not simply be to write articles manually.

You'll work closely with our system to improve prompts, analyze AI-generated content, identify weaknesses, refine outputs, improve workflows, and ensure the final content is genuinely high quality.

We work with 120+ clients across SaaS, local businesses, eCommerce, and enterprise brands, helping them grow through SEO, Link Building, AI Visibility, Share of Voice, and Digital PR.

We're looking for someone who wants to work with us dedicatedly and grow with the company, rather than someone looking to juggle multiple freelance clients or side projects.

What You'll Do

- Work with and improve our existing AI content-generation system.
- Write, test, and continuously improve prompts.
- Review AI-generated content and identify areas for improvement.
- Improve content for search intent, SEO, accuracy, depth, originality, and readability.
- Fact-check AI-generated content before publication.
- Identify generic, repetitive, inaccurate, or low-value AI output.
- Experiment with different prompts, structures, instructions, and workflows.
- Optimize content for both Google and AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Work with our SEO and Link Building teams.
- Continuously improve our content production system as we scale.

Who We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in SEO content writing, editing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong understanding of SEO and search intent.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Strong ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated content.
- Good research and fact-checking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Curious mindset and willingness to experiment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

You don't need to be a prompt-engineering expert.



What matters is that you can look at an AI-generated article and say:

"This isn't good enough. Here's what's wrong, and here's how I would improve the system to make it better."
