Role Description The Content Strategist role at RAG Holdings is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The person in this role will plan and execute complete content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs, particularly in the entrepreneurial and business setup space.

Daily responsibilities include researching industry trends, defining content themes and calendars, and collaborating with internal teams to create and manage content across web, social media channels, and other digital channels.

Strategist will oversee content development and publishing workflows, ensure consistency in tone and messaging, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness. This role also involves coordinating with marketing and business development teams to support campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Content Strategy and Content Development to plan, structure, and create impactful content that supports business goals.
- AI based Content Management to organize, publish, and maintain content across websites and digital platforms as per planned calender.
- Skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to produce clear, engaging and audience-focused materials with the right key words is a requirement for this role.
- Robust research, analytical, and audience insight skills to inform content decisions and measure performance.
- Experience in digital marketing or business services, ideally within entrepreneurship, consulting, or professional services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field; relevant work experience in content strategy is highly valued.
