Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Content Strategist who can own our brand voice and drive high-impact content across digital platforms. This role focuses on creating clear, engaging, and conversion-driven content aligned with our U.S. talent programs, software services, and hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

Define and execute content strategy aligned with business goals

Plan monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and campaigns

Identify content opportunities based on audience, trends, and market positioning

Branding & Messaging

Develop strong, consistent brand messaging across all channels

Create positioning for programs, services, and hiring campaigns

Translate complex offerings into straightforward, compelling narratives

Content Creation

Write high-quality content for:

Social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram)

Website and landing pages

Ad copies and campaign messaging

Email campaigns and outreach messages

Work on scripts for promotional videos, reels, and brand storytelling

Campaign Support





Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns

Contribute creative ideas for launches, hiring drives, and brand awareness

Ensure content aligns with performance marketing goals

SEO & Performance Optimization

Optimize content for search and discoverability

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

Continuously refine content based on data insights

Market & Audience Understanding

Understand target audience (students, professionals, U.S. aspirants, tech talent)

Create content tailored to different segments and platforms

Stay updated on industry trends in tech hiring, AI, and global workforce

Required Skills

Strong writing and storytelling ability

Technical writing (Software focused)

Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy

Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and web content

Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content

Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics

Creative thinking with a structured approach

Preferred Background

3-6 years experience in content, marketing, or branding roles

Experience in tech, edtech, or hiring-related domains is a plus

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is an advantage
