Responsibilities

- Develop engaging sales and Health & Well-being training materials, including guides, presentations, and storytelling-based content.

- Design interactive e-learning modules and assessments using advanced tools (animations, triggers, basic JavaScript/HTML preferred).

- Create and script high-quality training videos in partnership with internal teams and external creative agencies.

- Collaborate with ABO leaders, SMEs, marketing, and capability teams to ensure content relevance and accuracy.

- Leverage global training resources and apply adult-learning principles to deliver impactful learning solutions.

- Support evaluation initiatives and use insights to enhance training effectiveness and learner experience.

Preferred Candidates

- Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in Content Creation.

- Experience in sales content design program facilitation, and training delivery.

- Solid understanding of latest e learning, video development and virtual engagement tools
