Role: Content & SEO Specialist Reports to: Performance Marketer / Marketing Head

About the Role

Kofleetz needs someone to own the content and organic search engine that our performance marketing currently doesn't have time to cover. This role executes on SEO and content opportunities keyword gaps or missing backlink opportunity into published, ranking content.

What You'll Own

· Write ad copy, landing page copy, and email content aligned to campaigns run by the Performance Marketer

· Implement SEO recommendations target keywords, on-page optimization, meta descriptions, content structure using insights from tools.

· Identify and execute backlink outreach to relevant logistics, transport, and SaaS industry sites and directories

· Audit the website regularly for missing content, thin pages, and technical SEO gaps (page speed, schema, broken links) and coordinate fixes with the dev team

· Write and publish blog content, case studies, and comparison pages that target buyer search intent

· Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaign launches and seasonal demand patterns

· Support English & Tamil-language content where relevant for regional outreach or campaigns

What You Should Already Know

· 2–3 years of experience in content writing and/or SEO execution,



ideally for a B2B or SaaS website

· Working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals (keyword placement, meta tags, internal linking, content structure)

· Comfortable using SEO tools Google Search Console to execute against a keyword/content plan - you don't need to build the strategy, but you need to run with one

· Clear, error-free writing in English; Tamil writing ability is a solid plus

· Basic understanding of how backlinks and domain authority affect search rankings

Additional skills for our preference

· Experience writing for a technical or B2B audience (not just lifestyle/consumer content)

· Prior experience coordinating backlink or guest post outreach

· Familiarity with basic on-page technical SEO audits (not development-level, but able to spot and flag issues)

What This Role Is Not

· Not a graphic design or video editing role - that sits with the animation/UX team

· Not a paid ads execution role - campaign strategy and spend stay with the Performance Marketer

· Not a role limited to blog writing - SEO execution and backlink outreach are core, not optional, parts of the job

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
