About The Role

As a Content & Social Media Intern, you will be part of the team responsible for creating and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms.

You will get the opportunity to work on real-time content, trending topics, social media formats, short-form videos, reels, posts, scripts and digital storytelling.

If you spend a lot of time on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or X, understand internet culture and constantly think, "This could make a great post/reel!" this role could be for you.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging and platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Identify trending topics, conversations, memes, cultural moments and emerging trends that can be converted into relevant content.
- Write compelling social media captions, posts, scripts, headlines, hooks and short-form content.
- Develop concepts for Reels, Shorts, carousels, videos and other social-first formats.
- Research stories, trends and topics and turn them into simple, engaging and shareable content.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platforms.




- Work closely with design, video, marketing and internal teams to bring content ideas to life.
- Maintain and execute the social media content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics and identify what is working and what can be improved.
- Track competitor and creator activity to identify new content opportunities.
- Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles and content ideas.
- Use AI and other digital tools to research, ideate and improve content creation workflows.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, grammatically correct and aligned with the brand's voice.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Advertising or a related discipline.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other social platforms.
- Naturally curious and constantly aware of what's trending online.
- Ability to identify a good story and turn it into an engaging piece of content.
- Creative thinker who can come up with fresh ideas rather than simply following existing formats.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver content within deadlines.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and taking feedback.

Good to Have

- Experience running a personal,



college or professional social media page.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, memes, carousels or other social-first content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for content research, ideation or creation.
- Knowledge of Indian languages will be an added advantage.
- A portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, blog or samples of previous work will be highly valued.
