Key Responsibilities

- Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content (text, audio, video, images) in Malayalam to ensure adherence to platform guidelines and safety standards.

- Policy Enforcement: Identify and action inappropriate content, including spam, hate speech, harassment, misinformation, copyright violations, and explicit material.

- Language &
- Cultural Accuracy:

Apply robust linguistic knowledge and cultural nuances of Kerala/Malayalam speakers to evaluate context-driven content accurately.

- Reporting &

- Documentation:

Track daily moderation metrics, document recurring policy violation trends, and report critical issues or escalations to team leads.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy and consistency standards while meeting required volume and daily operational targets.
