Reel Editor Intern (Unpaid) : Komorebi Travel LLP

Komorebi Travel runs small-group slow travel journeys to offbeat destinations across India, including Ziro, the Andamans and the Himalayas. We are offering a three-month unpaid internship for someone who wants to upgrade their skills in short-form video editing and brand storytelling with direct guidance from the founders.

What this is A structured role designed to upscale how a travel brand builds its visual identity, how a reel is constructed from brief to publication, and how content decisions connect to an actual business. You will be mentored directly by the founders rather than left to work it out alone.

What you will work on

Building a reel from a written brief and script

Pacing, typography, readability and sound design for short-form video

Developing and holding a consistent brand voice across content

How content, audience and bookings connect in a working travel business

What you will do

Produce reels for @travel_komorebi under founder guidance, at a rate of 2-3 videos per week, with detailed feedback on every piece. Your work is published on a live brand, not filed away as a mock project.

Who should apply





Freshers and professionals are welcome.

Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent A genuine interest in learning, and the ability to act on feedback accurately

Students currently enrolled in a course requiring an internship are particularly encouraged to apply. We are happy to complete college documentation.

Details

Remote, three months, unpaid

Solid work life balance with 2 weekends off

Performance reviewed at the end of the term. Successful interns are offered a paid role at ₹10,000 per month for 12 reels

Contactable during working hours. Reels delivered by 5 PM on agreed dates, as our posting window is in the evening

Up to three revision rounds per reel, with timelines agreed in advance

What you receive

Published portfolio work on a live travel brand. Direct mentorship from the founders. An internship completion certificate, and a Letter of Recommendation on successful completion.
