Role Description The Content Developer will create, organize, and maintain clear, engaging content that supports Konu’s real estate solutions and customer experience. This full-time, on-site role in Secunderābād involves developing written materials for digital platforms, product documentation, learning resources, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching real estate topics, collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand content needs, and applying instructional design principles to structure information effectively.

The Content





Developer will produce technical and non-technical content, ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines, and review and update materials to keep them accurate and aligned with evolving business priorities. The role also involves gathering feedback from stakeholders and continuously improving content for clarity, usability, and impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Writing and Technical Writing skills to create clear, accurate, and user-focused content.
- Candidates should possess Content Development and Instructional Design skills to design structured, engaging materials for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information in an accessible way.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Instructional Design, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience creating digital content for products, services, or training, ideally within technology, real estate, or customer-facing sectors, is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and familiarity with content management tools or e-learning platforms are preferred.
