Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Content Producer who can create engaging devotional content for Lokmat Bhakti. The ideal candidate should understand audience behaviour, social media trends, and digital storytelling while creating high-performing Marathi content.

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Research topics related to spirituality, mythology, astrology, festivals, and devotional lifestyle.
- Develop original content ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, anchors, and voice artists.
- Plan and execute the content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve future content.
- Maintain consistency in quality and brand communication.

Skills Required

- Excellent Marathi writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video content.
- Passion for creating engaging digital content.
- Interest in devotional and spiritual content.
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools is preferred.

2. Content Creator/Producer (Hindi – Lokmat Bhakti)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Content Producer who can create engaging devotional content for Lokmat Bhakti.



The ideal candidate should be a content creator with experience in producing high-performing content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. A strong understanding of spirituality, storytelling, and social media trends is essential.

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Research topics related to spirituality, mythology, astrology, festivals, and devotional lifestyle.
- Develop original content ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create engaging digital-first content.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, anchors, and voice artists throughout production.
- Plan and manage the content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and optimize future content.
- Ensure content quality, authenticity, and consistency with the Lokmat Bhakti brand.

Skills Required

- Excellent Hindi writing and storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video content.
- Passion for creating high-performing digital content.
- Good understanding of devotional and spiritual content.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is an added advantage.
