About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a strong understanding of digital and social media content, and prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar creative environment.

The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, creative, and platform-specific content for social media, brands, campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop content ideas, concepts, captions, scripts, hooks, taglines, and campaign content.
- Work closely with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Visualizers, Performance Marketers, and Social Media Managers to execute campaigns.
- Write creative and engaging social media captions, reels scripts, video scripts, ad copies, and promotional content.
- Understand different brand voices and create content according to the brand's tone and target audience.
- Research current social media trends, viral content formats, industry trends, and audience preferences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
- Develop content calendars and assist in planning monthly social media content.
- Create content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Work on multiple brands/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing,



social media, content, and AI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
- Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory/preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to write engaging and audience-focused content.
- Robust knowledge of grammar, sentence structure, and proofreading.
- Ability to understand different brand tones and communication styles.
- Good research and content ideation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of AI content creation tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating content for D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, real estate, education, or other consumer brands.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience in writing content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, or other AI/content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance is a plus.
