We are looking for a Content Creator Intern who is creative, comfortable with social media and interested in creating engaging content around startups, business, careers, engineering and qualified learning.

What You'll Do

Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn content for Protrainy.

Convert podcasts, interviews and live sessions into short-form videos and social media posts.

Research trending topics, formats, hooks and content ideas relevant to our audience.

Write short captions, hooks and scripts for social media content.

Assist during podcast shoots, interviews, live sessions and other video recordings.

Coordinate with the founder, marketing and design teams to execute content ideas.

Maintain a basic content calendar and ensure content is published on schedule.

Monitor content performance such as views, reach and engagement and suggest improvements.

Help with basic community engagement — comments,



polls, Stories and audience interactions.

Explore local Bhubaneswar/Odisha creators and relevant collaboration opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is creative, curious and comfortable experimenting with content.

Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Positive communication and basic writing skills.

Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools is preferred.

Someone who follows social-media trends and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Freshers with a good portfolio or strong personal/social-media content are welcome.
