Key Responsibilities

1. Video Shooting & Photography

- Plan and execute skilled video and photo shoots at residential and commercial interior projects.

- Capture high-quality footage of completed projects, ongoing work, furniture, décor, materials, and design details.

- Shoot Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, walkthrough videos, behind-the-scenes content, and project highlights.

- Understand framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and different shooting angles.

- Use smartphones, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, tripods, and other relevant equipment.

- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams during shoots.

- Ensure projects are presented in a visually appealing and premium manner.

1. Video Editing

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

- Create engaging Reels, before-and-after videos, project walkthroughs, process videos, and promotional content.

- Add music, captions, text overlays, transitions, graphics, voiceovers, and sound effects where required.

- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, fonts, colors, and overall visual style.

- Ensure videos are properly formatted for different social media platforms.

- Deliver content within agreed timelines.

1. Content Planning & Creation

- Develop creative content ideas relevant to interior design, architecture, furniture, décor, and lifestyle.

- Create content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.

- Identify opportunities to create trending Reels and engaging social media content.





- Develop content around completed projects, design concepts, materials, client requirements, site progress, and company culture.

- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, editing styles, and content strategies.

1. Social Media Support

- Create content specifically optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Understand basic social media algorithms, engagement, hashtags, trends, and audience behavior.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on results.

Required Skills

- Strong video shooting and photography skills.

- Excellent video editing skills.

- Good understanding of camera angles, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to shoot smooth walkthrough and cinematic interior videos.

- Proficiency in editing software such as:

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe After Effects

- DaVinci Resolve

- CapCut
- or equivalent professional editing tools.

- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an added advantage.

- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.

- Good creative sense and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites for shoots.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
