Content Creator – Shoot Management & Social Media

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can plan, coordinate, and manage content shoots for multiple brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, social media trends, video content, shoot planning, and visual storytelling. You should be comfortable handling shoots from concept to execution and coordinating with clients, models, videographers, photographers, and the internal creative team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and manage photo and video shoots for social media.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, brand videos, campaigns, posts, and stories.
- Prepare shoot references, concepts, shot lists, and content requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, models, photographers, videographers, and team members.
- Direct models/people during shoots for required poses, expressions, movements, and scenes.
- Ensure all planned content and required shots are captured during the shoot.
- Research trending Reels, content formats, audios, and social media trends.
- Convert references and ideas into practical shoot concepts.
- Assist with shoot locations, props, outfits, backgrounds, and other requirements.
- Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, social media managers, and content strategists.
- Review raw footage and provide creative direction for final edits.




- Manage multiple client shoots while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media content.
- Creative thinking and a strong visual sense.
- Good understanding of camera angles, framing, lighting, and video storytelling.
- Confidence in managing and directing shoots.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with clients and creative teams.
- Good knowledge of current social media trends.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in content creation, social media, shoot management, or a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Portfolio or previous work in Reels, brand shoots, product shoots, or social media content will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong creativity, confidence, and practical knowledge of social media content may also apply.
